A visit to the Dolphin Beach Kalpitiya, laden with treasures of hundreds and thousands of these playful mammals is a treat not to be missed.

Kalpitiya attractions however are by no means restricted to the Dolphin Beach. The Bar Reef is a vast habitat of exotic corals and teeming with marine life including Butterfly fish, Banner fish, Parrot fish and even Black Tip Reef Shark. This is certainly one of the best of Kalpitiya attractions and is sure to transpose you into another world of fantasy.

The Dutch Fort constructed in 1667 too is another one of the key Kalpitiya attractions. The Puttlam salt pans and the Wilpattu National Park are nearby attractions and not to be missed.
